Abstract

Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) of star hotels and other accommodations in Kalimantan Utara Province in November 2019 was 31.28 percent or an increase of 0.68 points compared to the ROR in October 2019 which was recorded at 30.60 percent.

The Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) of starred hotels in Tarakan Municipality in November 2019 was 44.97 percent, a decrease of 3.16 points compared to the ROR of October 2019 which was 48.13 percent.
The Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) of other accommodation hotels in Kalimantan Utara in November 2019 was 27.88 percent, an increase of 1.63 points compared to the ROR of October 2019 which was 26.25 percent.
The average length of foreign and domestic guests staying at star hotels and other accommodation in Kalimantan Utara Province in November 2019 for 1.36 days. The average length of stay of foreign guests is 1.10 days and the average length of stay of domestic guests is 1.36 days.
The number of foreign tourist arrivals in November 2019 was recorded at 51,186 visits or an increase of 463 visits compared to the previous month which reached 50,723 visits.
Cumulatively, the number of foreign tourists visiting Kalimantan Utara in the period January – November 2018 reached 329,918 visits, while during January – November 2019 reached 547,313 visits.
Sea transport passengers departing in November 2019 were 19,013 people, down 5.24 percent compared to the previous month (October 2019) which recorded 20,065 people. The number of goods loaded in November 2019 increased by 8.71 percent or increased from 917,125 tons in October 2019 to 996,968 tons in November 2019.
The number of aircraft departing from the Airport in Kalimantan Utara in November 2019 recorded 822 flights, a decrease of 0.96 percent compared to the previous month (October 2019) which recorded 830 flights. The number of passengers departing in November was 44,644 people, an increase of 0.05 percent compared to October 2019 with 44,620 people.

January 2021, The ROR For Star Hotels Is 34.20% And The Number Of Foreign Tourist Visits Is 30,739 Visits, The Number Of Aircraft Departing In January 2021 Is 349 Flights. In Kalimantan Utara Province.
