Construction Cost Index of Kalimantan Utara Province 2025

The Construction Cost Index (IKK) for 2025 is an index that reflects the relative cost level of construction goods and services in a regency or city compared to the reference city, Banjarmasin. The data for the Construction Cost Index (IKK) is obtained from the Construction Cost Survey (SHKK), which specifically collects information on building or construction materials, heavy equipment rental, and construction labor wages conducted across all regencies and cities in North Kalimantan Province. The calculation of the 2025 IKK is based on the results of the Construction Cost Survey (SHKK) carried out in the third and fourth quarters of 2024, as well as the first and second quarters of 2025. The weighting diagram for the IKK is calculated using data from the Bill of Quantity (BoQ), the Standard Unit Price Analysis Book issued by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, and data from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) realizations.
