Construction Cost Index of Kalimantan Utara Province 2021

The Construction Cost Index (IKK) is an index that describes the level of expensiveness of the price of construction goods and services in a district/city compared to the reference city. Construction Cost Index (IKK) data is obtained from the Construction Costly Price Survey specifically for building or construction materials, heavy equipment rental, and construction service fees carried out in all regencies/cities in Kalimantan Utara Province. The publication of the Construction Cost Index for Kalimantan Utara Province 2021 presents Construction Cost Index (IKK) data for all districts/cities in North Kalimantan Province in 2021. The IKK data is used as one of the components in the formulation of the General Allocation Fund (DAU). In addition, this publication also presents data on area, population, Human Development Index (IPM), and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) per capita which are other components in the formulation of the General Allocation Fund (DAU).
