Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) of Kalimantan Utara Province continues to experience positive growth from year to year. HDI is one of the important indicators to measure success in efforts to develop the quality of human life which is formed from three basic dimensions, namely a long and healthy life, knowledge, and decent standard of living. The growth of HDI in Kalimantan Utara Province indicates that the opportunity for the population of Kalimantan Utara Province to be able to access development results in obtaining income, health, education, and so on is getting better. Human Development Index of Kalimantan Utara Province 2020 Publication provides an overview and development of HDI in Kalimantan Utara Province which is complemented by a brief analysis. This publication also contains HDI figures at the Regency/ Municipality level.
