Abstract

The Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) of star hotels and other accommodations in Kalimantan Utara Province in October 2020 was 28.32 percent or an increase of 0.12 points compared to the ROR in September 2020 which was recorded at 28.20 percent.

The Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) of other accommodation hotels in Kalimantan Utara Province in October 2020 was 23.86 percent, an increase of 1.03 points compared to the ROR for September 2020 which was 22.83 percent.
The number of foreign tourist visits in October 2020 was recorded at 28,375 visits or decreased by 5,985 visits compared to the previous month which reached 34,360 visits.
Cumulatively, the number of foreign tourists (tourists) visiting Kalimantan Utara Province in the January - October 2020 period reached 338,742 visits, while during January - October 2019 it reached 476,945 visits.
Sea transportation passengers departing from 7,851 to 4,699 people in October 2020. The number of goods loaded decreased from 1,010,947 tons to 885,676 tons in October 2020.
The number of aircraft departing from airports in Kalimantan Utara was recorded to have increased from 319 to 418 flights in October 2020. The number of departing passengers increased from 15,539 to 16,339 in October.
The Room Occupancy Rate (ROR) of star hotels in Tarakan Municipality in October 2020 was 45.51 percent, an increase of 0.24 points compared to the ROR for September 2020 which was 45.27 percent.

January 2021, The ROR For Star Hotels Is 34.20% And The Number Of Foreign Tourist Visits Is 30,739 Visits, The Number Of Aircraft Departing In January 2021 Is 349 Flights. In Kalimantan Utara Province.
