Abstract

The government's high commitment in building democracy and Indonesian politics must be supported by empirical data that can be used as the basis for policy making and formulating specific and accurate strategies. Even today the Indonesian Democracy Index (IDI) is one of the indicators in the 2015–2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This publication presents various indicators that make up the IDI in Kalimantan Utara Province. In addition, technical explanations and theories related to the IDI of Kalimantan Utara Province are also presented.
