Abstract

In 2019 the community held a democratic party which was routinely held every five years, namely the Legislative, President and Vice-President General Elections. Elections are one of the important characteristics of a democratic country. Kalimantan Utara, as the youngest province, is not immune from political dynamics, which more or less have an impact on security conditions. The stability of both is needed in the development process. Politics and security are intertwined with each other. One time politics affects security and the next time security affects politics. These dynamic political and security developments require monitoring tools. Therefore, it is necessary to have data that can monitor political and security dynamics. Politic and Security Statistics of Kalimantan Utara Province 2019 was sourced from related agencies. This publication also provides an explanation of the scope of the data and the technical terms used, so that data users will better understand the information presented.
