Abstract

A. EXPORT

 Export value of Kalimantan Utara Province in May 2017 in the form of non-oil / non-gas goods reached US $ 68.69 million or decreased by 12.91 percent compared to April 2017 exports.

 The cumulative value of non-oil exports of Kalimantan Utara Province in January-May 2017 reached US $ 370.06 million, up 27.68 percent compared to the same period in 2016. All of North Kalimantan's exports are non-oil products.

B. IMPORT

 Import value of Kalimantan Utara Province in May 2017 reached US $ 0.23 million or decreased 88.85% compared to import in March 2017.

 Imports of oil and gas commodities in Kalimantan Utara Province in May 2017 reached US $ 0.01 million while non-oil commodities reached US $ 0.22 million.

 The cumulative value of imports of Kalimantan Utara Province from January to May 2017 reached US $ 9.49 million or up 45.70 percent compared to the same period in 2016.

 The trade balance of Kalimantan Utara Province in May 2017 was US $ 68.46 million surplus, decreasing compared to the April 2011 surplus of US $ 76.84 million. Meanwhile, cumulatively, the trade balance of Kalimantan Utara Province from January to May 2017 surplus amounted to US $ 360.56 million.
