Exports and Imports of Kalimantan Utara Province in March 2017

A. EXPORT

•         The export value of Kalimantan Utara Province in March 2017 in the form of non-oil and gas goods reached US $ 88.95 million or an increase of 32.92 percent compared to February 2017 exports.

•         The cumulative value of non-oil exports of Kalimantan Utara Province from January to March 2017 reached US $ 221.84 million, up 20.09 percent compared to the same period in 2016. All of Kalimantan Utara's exports are non-oil products.

 B. IMPORT

•         The import value of Kalimantan Utara Province in March 2017 reached US $ 1.26 million or decreased by 78.48 percent compared to February 2017 imports.

•         All imports of Kalimantan Utara Province in March 2017 are non-oil and gas commodities.

•         The cumulative value of imports of Kalimantan Utara Province from January to March 2017 reached US $ 7.22 million, up 79.75 percent compared to the same period in 2016.

•         The trade balance of Kalimantan Utara Province in March 2017 had a surplus of US $ 87.69 million, an increase compared to a surplus in February 2017 of US $ 61.08 million. While cumulatively, the trade balance of Kalimantan Utara Province in the period of January-March 2017 surplus amounted to US $ 214.61 million.
