Abstract

A. RICE

Rice production in 2015 was 112.10 thousand tons of dry unhusked Rice (GKG) or decreased by 3.52 thousand tons of GKG (-3.04 percent) compared to 2014. Production decline occurred due to productivity decrease of 8.79 quintal / hectare (-24.38 percent), despite an increase of 9.04 thousand hectares (28.20 percent). The biggest decline in rice production occurred in Bulungan District.

B. MAIZE

Maize production in 2015 was 1,032 tons of dry beans or decreased by 203 tons (-16.44 percent) compared to 2014. The decline in production was due to the decline of 107 hectares (-18.42 percent). The largest decrease in corn production occurred in Bulungan District.

C. SOYBEANS

The production of soybean in 2015 was 2,239 thousand tons of dry beans or increased by 2,142 tons compared to 2014. The increase of soybean production was due to the increase of harvested area of 2,326 hectares despite a slight decrease in productivity rate of 0.76 or (-7.60 percent). The biggest increase of soybean production occurred in Bulungan District.
